HOME CARE PATIENT SERVICES
Our Nurses are qualified, educated, well trained and focused in helping every client attain and regain personal independence.
Our Occupational Therapists have the knowledge and skills to assist clients to progress in their ability to perform activities for daily living. Our therapists will help the clients’ loved ones understand the necessary resources to ensure the clients’ physical independence.
Our Physical Therapists are highly skilled and trained to help clients progress in their ability to perform activities for daily living. They will provide an In-Home Therapy Program, as needed. Our therapists will assure that you receive information regarding necessary arrangements for outpatient services and help facilitate their transition.
Our Speech Therapists are extensively trained and highly competent to help clients achieve goals as established by their physicians. They will provide an In-Home Therapy Program. Our therapists will assure that you receive information regarding necessary arrangements for outpatient services and help facilitate their transition.
Our Medical Social Workers are highly educated and experienced in providing adequate and appropriate counseling that will assist you in dealing with emotional and social factors that are related to a patient illness.
Our Home Health Aides
are highly trained in providing skilled personal care, meal preparation, ambulation, exercises and other daily activities that a client may need.
